Job Brief
We are looking for an Electrical Test, Quality, & Support Technician to ensure the safety and reliability of our electrical systems.
Responsibilities include conducting electrical tests and inspections per UL, NEC, IEEE, and NETA standards on products like UL 891 Switchboards, UL 1008 Transfer Switches, and ANSI Switchgear. You’ll troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance, prioritize safety, manage test equipment, collaborate with teams, and provide customer support for product startup, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.

Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical testing and inspection
- Knowledge of UL, NEC, IEEE, and NETA standards
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with test equipment maintenance and calibration

- Good time-management skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site support when necessary
